Since the beginning of the 20-th century the Armenians realized many companies for to export money from the USA and other Christians of the world. There were few Turkishs in the in the US and it created a chance for American-Armenian diasporas. But nobody researched if Armenia is a really Christian country or not. This book destroys the ideas as if about constructing independent and liberated country of the Armenians. The real main point of the Armenians who consider themselves "real Christian" is opened in this book." - These ideas are from the idea of Samuel A. Weems's book written about Armenian realities.

Samuel A. Weemz was a lawyer and judge of the Hazen area in the Arkcanzas state. He got law doctor and academic degree in the Arckanzas university-law faculty. He worked at the city council and was chosen to the author personnel working again the constitution of the Arkcanzas state. He was the author of the many articles, the writer of the daily newspaper and the real traveler. He explored in London, Paris, Roma, Moscow, Istanbul and Washington for collecting materials while working on this book. The author implied as the first volume of the armenians' great swindle series this book and printed it in April of 2003 in the USA but died suddenly in inexplicable situation after printing of the book.

Tukish statesman - Talat pasha who was killed in Berlin in 1921 by armenian terrorist - Soqomon Teyleryan

The triumphal meetings, actions were formed in Irevan regarding to 85-th year of assassinating Tukish statesman -Talat pasha who was killed in Berlin in 1921 by the Armenian terrorist-Soqomon Teyleryan. These actions of the Armenians were realized by leading of parliament party -"Dashnak styun". The representative of this party, the chairman of the commission foreign contacts - Armen Rustamyan told: "Armenian people have celebrated the most beautiful and just revenge fact in their history". 4 years ago the monument was raised to Soqomon Teyleryan.

It's very difficult to compare Ramil Safarov with S.Teyleryan. Because S.Teyleryan was the member of the terror organization but R.Safarov is estimated officer in the NATO system, besides it S.Teyleryan planned his action before but R.Safarov was at the affect situation while accident and S.Teyleryan killed Talat pasha because Talat pasha was Turkish but R.Safarov killed Q.Markaryan because he offended his flag and own himself.

But results are very interesting, S.Teyleryan got justification order after few days court, but R.Safarov was condemned to lifelong punishment.

Besides it S.Terleryan and other hundreds of Armenians are known as "a national hero", the monuments are raised to them, triumphal actions are formed regarding to them every year. But the Armenians present as "villainy" the love and support of Ramil's relatives and countrymen. I remembered an event when saw all that. The "National citizen initiative" organization organized social meetings in Irevan. The former ombudsman-Larisa Alaverdiyan speeched during meeting and told about an interesting fact. She said that once she speeched in the Armenian parliament. They asked her what is the strong weapon of ombudsman. L.Alaverdiyan answered basing on international law: "To show the shame". At that time the vitse-speaker of parliament -Vaan Ovanesyan speeched with an interesting replica "How can you show the matter which we haven't".

The facts

25-th of October 1981 "ASALA" commited 15 explosions in Paris As a result died one guard in Turkish consulate. The terrorists wanted the liberation one of the leaders of "ASALA"-Monte Melkonyan fine treatment with four members of this organization. In January of 1982 Melkonyan was liberated and the four members of "ASALA" were given very light punishment.

It's very interesting why the world which understands the "terror language" of the armenians doesn't understand our "right language"? And today the armenians consider "against to world rights" the right activity for Ramil. Or the laws of the world are your terror language "dear neighbours"?! If like this and we don't receive this "terror language". Believe the fair of the world rights, laws we'll last our fair activity till the end. We believe that the fair will win at last.

The terror or opposition?!

"They call that the terror but I call that the opposition", - Patric Devedjyan said that when spoke about the youngs who killed Turkish diplomats. He was the former mer of the city Antoni in France. Today he is a deputy in the parliament of France. He was the main lawyer of the Armenians who killed the Turkish diplomats in France. He didn't call them "a terrorist", he called them "activists" and continued: "I believe that most of the Armenians try for this work all over the world". It's not important for him these youngs are the members of the "ASALA" or the fighters for justice. He confesses that most of the Armenian political parties are important in this work and they must play main role in the future. "They began from zero and today they have gain progress. I defend these youngs because they are Armenian heroes and it's very important than our political opinion. I am a lawyer, not a judge. And it's not important for a lawyer to trust in everyone that he defends. It is not his work. I defend them because they returned me and all the Armenian people the feeling of national honour. I understand these youngs' revolt very well".

P.S: It's very interesting. The actions of the people who are the members of the great terror organizations, committing previously planned terror actions, killing the victims because these victims were Turkish, the words of "was arrested several times" having in their biography are called only the "opposition" not a terror. And though that they were got justification or their punishment was of 15 years that they were 4 or 5 years under arrest of 15 years punishment. And P.Devedjyan the lawyer of the Armenians who got justification order- fights in France that "Let arrest who says that The Armenian genocide didn't happen." And today his supporters, successors, fellow countrymen blacken an Azerbaijanian officer as "a dangerous terrorist for the world" and try to inflict a chastisement to him and unfortunately today they achieve. They present Ramil as "the man founder of the terror in Hungary" and order Hungary court to inflict a chastisement to him. As if this chastisement must be pattern to who live and study in Hungary. Though it is known that yet in 70-80 years in Hungary-Budapest "ASALA" planned a terror action against Russian Jews and this pln was preparedby the central committee of "Dashnakstyun". So the founders of the terror in Hungary were the Armenians yet 20-30 years ago.

But we try to explain you who Ramil Safarov is. Briefly, hundreds of terrible things were happened in front of his eyes, he lost his home, tens of relatives were lost, hostages or martyr and he couldn't bear the Armenian officer's insults. How can we estimate this event which he did under influence the terrible things happened in his life? Really he deserves to this punishment?

1. Ramil wasn't the member of any terror organization, he is not a terrorist. He is the high estimated officer in the NATO system. We never defend a terrorist and we believe that it will be researched again in which situation and under which influences Ramil Safarov who known as model officer in NATO courses - did this event and we believe that these conditions will be taken into account and lifetime imprisonment will be substituted with fair order.

2. Base on the examination testimonials we saw that this event is not previously planned and Ramil was in misunderstanding, affect situation while accident. Besides it Ramil didn't kill G.Markaryan for his nationality Ramil killed him because he had insulted him. If Ramil had wanted to kill an Armenian he should have killed one of the 30000 Armenians living in Baku or one of the Armenians living in Turkey while studying there.

3. Ramil Safarov achieved a chance to study in abroad as very educated, talented and broad minded young. And he ended his education successfully and experienced at Turkish army 1 year. Being one of the two sending persons to Hungary for participation at NATO courses was continuation of these successes.

But.....

Most of the persons who P.Devedjyan defended and called heroic youngs returning the felling of honour of Armenian people", committed actions as a result died hundreds of Turkish diplomats and citizens proved themselves in the right or were given very light punishments. Their actions are called only "the opposition". (Though, they were member of "ASALA" and other terror organizations.) 1 or 2 years ago interesting discussions were discussed in the Armenian parliament. During discussion the law project about "fight anti terror", Armenian vitse-speaker V.Ovanesyan told that: "The terror actions are the actions wich victims are only civil citizens." But the Armenians call Ramil "a terrorist", they try that he will be given lifetime imprisonment (and they could do that) and even they speake about his extradition to Armenia. All these are absurd taking into account this order.

How do you think the lifetime imprisonment given to Ramil is shudder comparing the attitude the members of the terror organizations, isn't it? But we believe in future. All Azerbaijan people, relatives of Ramil and his mother are waiting for Ramil more than 3 years.

Are turkish diplomats guilty?

It already has been tradition to write about guiltity representativesof the Turkish government who were killed by Armenian fighters. Let's think about Turkish government as the guilty of the 1915 year's events. No doubt that they are not guilty about 1915 year's events personally. Naturally they don't connected with the Armenian killed in 1915. But they are responder as a member of the organization and a representative of the Turkish.

Zori Balayan's terrible confession.

There are facts confirmed participation of Zori Balayan-one of te main ideologisis of idea "Great Armenia" at the Khojali genocide.

"Our sodiers had nailed to window a turkish child of 13 when we entered the occupayded house with khachasur.As a turkish child made noise,knachasur push in ( snove ) his mouse the cut bosom of his mother .After I cut off skin from his head,chest and stomach.I looked af the clock , a turkish child died after 7 minutes.My spirit prouded from joy as it avenged one precent of my people.After,khaclasur cut this child into pieces and gave it to dogs which were from the same gene with this child.

We did the same with 3 turkish child else in the evenig. I did my dusy as a armenian patriot"

Jori balayan who noted genocid facts wich armenians did in knojali told that every armenian had to proud of this action.This notes wich confirmed that armenians realized genocide in khojali and commided a crime to humanity were repsented on she 260-262-nd pages of the book "The arise of our spirit" wich was published by Zori Balayan in 1996.

Some of the prisoners and hostages whose fate is unknown:

Base on information of the State Commission connected citizens who were captivated and hostage, 1335 citizens including 129 children, 312 women, 246 olds were liberated from Armenian captivity. As a result of aggression 4868 citizens including 55 children, 326 women and 410 olds were lost.

The irrefutable facts of Azerbaijan shows that the least 783 citizens were captivated by Armenians but this facts were concealed from the international organizations. The list of these persons was compiled base on statements of citizens returning from Armenian captivity. The members of the international work group consisting of lawyers from Germany, Russia and Georgia, for searching and liberation the people who were captivated and lost, besides it the international Red Cross Organization approve the information of captivating some of these people. But fate of these people is unknown still.

• Huseynova Mehriban Allahverdi qizi: She was captivated together with 3 under-age children during invidation Khojaly. Base on statement of Mammadov Mayil Mammadali oglu who was liberated from captivity, he saw Mehriban together with her children in the dungeon in Irevan. But after, he wasn't information about them. Because, he was taken to Shusha.
  The Armenians denied the captivating Mehriban and her children.
   

• Huseynova Tamara saleh qizi: She was captivated in the Alibayli village of the Tovuz region in the date of 26-07-1992. Her brother Akif Huseynov talked to Armenians about her sister. He was informed that his sister was kept in the Berd region, in the Paravar village, in the family of Mqerin Alaverdiyan who was lost. In the date of 06-11-1992 Alaverdiyan Samir Alekseyevich telegraphed from Armenia to Akif Huseynov and confirmed that his sister Tamara was captivated. The captivation of Tamara Huseynova by Armenians was confirmed by the international work group for searching and liberation the persons who were captivated and hostage.
  But the fate of Tamara Huseynova is unknown still.
   

• Rahimov Rahim Abdulkarim oglu: He was captivated in the Agdere region in the date of 24-06-1993.In the date of 16-07-1993 his family was telegraphed from Russia (Orenburg city, The Volgoqradskaya street, house 40/2, flat 69)in the telegram was information that R.Rahimov was kept in the Agdere region, Vaqauz village, in the home of Qrelin Agacanyan. In 1993 his family received the letter from R.Rahimov using "The International Red Cross Organization". In this letter R.Rahimov asked to find Zora Agacanyan who was lost and to exchange him.
  Armenia is hiding the information about R.Rahimov still.

The information being in Azerbaijan side shows that the most of persons who are in the list of the hostages and captives were killed or they died as a result of torture and illness and the least part of them is hidden and is using as a slave at heavy work.

1335 Azerbaijan citizens were liberated from the Armenian captivity. The information of the state commission, the cripples, mental patient as a result of moral suffering, consumption and other illnesses were noticed among the captives. Really Armenian captivity leaved lifelong trace on their health and psychology. The facts of commission prove that hundreds of Azerbaijan citizens including the children, women and olds were victim of unbearable torture in Armenian captivity. The different terrible tortures were given captives and hostages-they were beaten wildly, the cross signs and brand were blamed on their chest, the salt was shoved on their injure, they were beaten with rubber and iron block-heads till death, petrol was spilled to their vein, the parts of their body were cut and they were made to eat this parts the Armenians experimented on the captives.

• Shovqi Aliyev's arm bone was dislocated by Armenian doctors at Khankendi, when he was only 3 years old. As a result Shovqi was crippling lifelong.

• During invading the Kalbadjar region Guljamal Guliyeva's new-born son - Arzu Hadjiyev was captivated. The Armenian doctor - Aida Serobyan injected the baby with unknown injections. As a result Arzu was crippling. A.Hadjiyev died in May of 2003 at ten years old.

• The Armenians tortured the 15 aged Nazakat Mammadova's father in front of her eyes. Her mother didn't bear the threats and blackmail. As a result she was crazy. And N.Mammadova was sold for four thousand Russian rubl to her family.

• The Armenian inspections tortured Kaklik Hasanova who was captivated from the Agdam region and they dragged out her 16 teeth.

• During invading the Agdam region the Armenians captivated the old woman - Shargiya Shirinova and dragged out her eight golden teeth with tongs. The Armenians tortured her lasted six months.

• The past inhabitant of Agdam, Vladimir Ivanovich Shevelyov (he is the Russian) was tortured by the Armenians. He said that during invading Agdam his 89 aged mother Vera Davidova, his old sister Svetlana Ivanova and 58 aged ill brother Anatoli Ivanovich were beaten wildly by the Armenians and were burnt. Besides it he saw a lot of woman and child corps at the Agdam channel. Besides it Vladimir Shevelyov testified that the Armenians captivated 7 mental patients including two ill women who were kept at the hospital.

• 63 aged Abbasov Ali Rasul oglu was lasted beaten at Armenian captivity; the Armenians burnt his body with cigarettes. Ali Abbasov died a little after liberation from captivity as a result physical and moral tortures.

• Mammadov Abdulazim mecnun oglu was wounded when he was captivated. The Armenians beat him with rubber block-heads, petrol was spilled to his vein and they snack out his injures, they stir up the trained dogs to him.

• The military captive Mammadov Mayil Mammadali oglu was blamed with roasted cross and they spilled petrol to his vein.

• At the same time hundreds of citizens were killed by the Armenians, died as a result of tortures, the Armenians made them commit suicide. The State Commission still is receiving the facts about villainies made by the Armenians in captivity.

• In 1993, the firs of April during the attack of Armenian Military Formation to Kalbadjar they command from the broadcasting station (GSM-7), situated in the region of Vardenis in Armenia, to the main broadcasting station ("uragan") situated in Kalbadjar. In this order was required to kill and berry the captives and hostages including the olds, women and children. They hurried, because they wanted to hide their savageries from the international representatives and journalists come to the combat zone. The article of these talks in radio station was noticed by the Intelligence service Of Azerbaijan Security Ministry in 6-7-th of April 1993.

• In 16-th of February of 1994 The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Work declared that 8 azerbaijanian military captives were killed when they runed from the captivity. During the medical experiment on the corps, the member of The International Law and Social Medicine Academy and Great Britain's Organization of "The Doctors for the human rights", Professor Derek Paunder reported that these azerbaijanian military captives were killed with the same gun by the fire opened from the near distance. And he rejected the statement "as if the captives were killed while running".

• During invading Kalbadjar 20 aged Semaye Karimova and her 2 aged daughter Nurlana Karimova were captivated. While captivity Semaye didn't bear the torture done to her little daughter and other captives and she committed suicide.

• Amirova Xazangul Tevekkul qizi; While invading Khojaly the Armenian armed captivated all her family. The Armenians shot her mother-Raya, 7 aged sister Yegana and her aunt Goyche, they shed petrol to Xazangul's father and burnt him.

• Ilham Nasirov; in the 27-th of July 1992 in the battle for Agdere the Armenians captivated him. He was wounded on head, neck and shoulder. In the 8-th of August an Armenian phoned to Ilham's family and said that Ilham was kept at irevan in Arakelyan's home. The Armenian family laid down the condition- finding and returning Shaqen Arakelyan who was lost. One year Ilham was kept hungry and waterless as a result he was in dystrophy situation. Ilham Nasirov was brought to Irevan hospital, but it was impossible to help him. The commander of the hospital- Sh.Arakelyan wrote in his 06/134-th letter written in the date of 24-th of November 1993, that Ilham Nasirov died in 23-th of November as a result piercing kakheksiya.

• Haydarov Haydar died as a result of lasted beats and tortures while he was kept at the Shusha dungeon. Medical-court experiment on the reminders of his corps proved that he died as a result of lasted beats and tortures.

• The inhabitant of Khojaly Alimammadov Faiq Shahmali oglu was shot by the Armenian military man. Because, he didn't tell the name of Ganja as "Kirovabad". About it testified Mammadov Zulfi Ibrahim oglu and Mammadov Mammad Djumshud oglu who were liberated from captivity.

It's a little part of crimes done to the azerbaijanians. But these facts informed people about savageries, crimes done to our citizens. Generally Azerbaijan Republic Security Ministry gain a lot of information evidences about savageries done to azerbaijanian captives and hostages. Already in 2002 the facts about these crimes were sent to the Main Office of Public Prosecutor. The investigation of criminal work shows that the invaded parts of Azerbaijan, especially at the Shusha dungeon, Khankendi isolation, at the military settlements, at the police offices the members of illegal armed formations, the dungeon workers wildly treated with military and civil captives, they were killed or they were made to commit suicide themselves.

At the investigation process it again was confirmed that all these crimes were organized by the soldiers of Armenia's armed forces and by the leaders of the false regime at Karabakh.
